5.1. Endpoint Folder Size Issue

If you are using Endpoint and the folder size starts to grossly enlarge, then follow the steps below to quickly reduce the folder size:

  1. Removed the contents of
    C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\content
  2. Edit the following file: C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\etc\conf.properties
  3. Add at the end of that file the following: scm.lucontentcleanup.threshold=2
  4. Restart the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager service

You will then need to download the updated version.  This was directly from Symantec Support:
